Fuelled by passion

What started as a deep love for training my own dogs and competing with them evolved into Pawsitivedogco.uk. I currently have 3 GSD's that are my world. I have learnt so much just from my own dogs but as a trainer all the study we do cannot equip you with the real life scenario's dogs throw at us every day. Every dog is different & therefore needs different training one size fits all is not a training method used anymore. I noticed many dog trainers made the process seem elusive, a hidden skill. My aim is to demystify dog training, making it an affordable, easy-to-access, and fun activity for people across Wakefield and beyond. Our ultimate goal is to enrich the lives of dogs and their owners, fostering joyful relationships.

I consider myself a people person, and I genuinely understand the challenges that come with an unruly dog. My focus is on making dog training an enjoyable experience, where you and your dog can thrive together. We offer everything from puppy classes and foundation courses to one-to-one training and behaviour modification plans, all designed with you in mind.
